  “外教水平太‘水’,對很多問題都一知半解。”陳丹說,自己拿往年考試真題請外教解答時,發現他們對問題的理解和考試重點並不一致。這讓她犯了難,到底聽還是不聽?


  速途研究院發布的在線教育調查報告顯示,去年我國在線教育用戶為1932萬人,預計今年將增至2344萬人,增速超過20%,巨大的市場潛力吸引越來越多的資本不斷湧入。但迅猛發展的背後也存在諸多隱患,消費者學習過程中頻頻遭遇一些紮心的體驗。

  邱寶昌認為,應盡快出臺在線教育行業規範,有效製約機構失信,徹底鏟除高承諾低兌現的行業亂象;機構一定要規範自身宣傳,提高服務質量並兌現承諾;消費者在選擇時也一定要結合自己學習目的,做好前期調研,試聽並比較後“明目而擇”,不輕易相信機構做出的承諾。
